Had the most amazing experience night snorkeling with manta rays. Lacey and crew were so friendly and made our time out in the ocean super memorable. We felt safe, Lacey kept checking in with my daughter and I because we get motion sickness, they provided us with everything we needed. It still feels like a dream. We saw Big Bertha up close and so many more mantas. It was an unforgettable experience. Thank you!
Such a fun beautiful outing! A definite must while on Big Island! Saw lots of fish and even dolphins! Staff was knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Mahalo Marc & Kayo 🌈
Fantastic snorkeling and sea caves experience. Don’t forget to try the manta rays tours they do at night. This was a lot of fun. Highly recommended!
We went on the Deluxe Captain Cook Tour in September 2025 and had a great time! Captain Jeff was very charismatic and accommodating, and he did a fine job taking us to and from Captain Cook Monument on the boat. He even pulled over on the way back so we could watch a pod of dolphins. His colleague Ryan was extremely helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. My only feedback is that he should raise his voice and project more so that everyone aboard can hear the great information he has to offer!
The cruise was about an hour each way, and then we spent another hour in the water snorkeling. It was my first time doing so, and I felt very safe and comfortable the whole time! There are tons of colorful tropical fish to observe in the warm, clear waters of Kealakekua Bay. Good choice if you want to try snorkeling!
We did the afternoon snorkeling and it was amazing. The captian and shipmate were friendly, easy-going, and knowledgeable. The location was beautiful with abundant wildlife, coral, and amazing lava above and below the water. The water was calm, warm, and clear making for a spectacular experience. It was very accommodating with a variety of snacks, water, and juice. We even got a tour of sea caves with history on the way back. This was one of the best snorkeling experiences we have had in the islands, and I would give this as a gift if a friend visited here, and highly recommend for anyone wanting a relaxing high quality snorkeling tour.
Seth and Jordan were awesome. We had a great time on our snorkeling trip. The crew was cool, knowledgeable, and helpful…. View full review
